The Proposal:
Paul surprised Andrea with this beautiful backdrop proposal in Sydney. The proposal was styled with stunning premium silk pink and white florals and a small acrylic “Will You Marry Me” sign. Paul wanted his life long friend to have the proposal of her dreams, so when he contacted us, we knew we had to create nothing short of fabulous. Paul locked in his dream proposal location and we took care of the finer details and styling for him!
How They Met:
Throughout high school, Paul’s cousin and Andrea were in the same friendship group, leading them to meet all the way back in year 7. Immediately, the two love birds became best friends and could not be separated! Although their friendship remained platonic throughout school, Andrea could always tell Paul had a small crush growing on her. Paul tells her now, he was in love with her the second he saw her. 10 years after graduation, the two best friends rekindled. Shortly after, they went on only one date before Paul told Andrea how he truly felt over the years. Game over!
How They Proposed:
Paul had an elaborate plan to make sure Andrea had no idea the proposal was coming! He set up a ‘Soccer graduation dinner’ with her cousin in the location where they had their first date. He then told her it was a black tie event so she would look top tier for the photos captured by our professional photographer. As Andrea and her cousin walked into the location, she was absolutely shocked to see Paul waiting for her. Her initial though was that he was coming to crash the dinner so she waved him off saying “go”! But instead, Paul caught her completely off guard with the backdrop proposal setting, and she could not be happier to be engaged to her BFF!
