The Proposal:
Nathan surprised Amanda with a beautiful Kangaroo Valley Proposal filled with white florals, candles, and a “Will you marry me?” sign. Nathan and Amanda met 10 years ago when they were 15 and 16. Amanda’s friend who went to school with Nathan, introduced them to each other. Amanda was the wallpaper on her friend’s phone and it captured Nathan’s eye. Soon after, they were texting every day! The couple were speaking for a while when they eventually met up in the city for the first time. It was love at first sight!
How They Proposed:
Nathan arranged a weekend away to Kangaroo Valley for Amanda’s birthday. Nathan told Amanda she needed a fancy dress for a dinner that he had organised. In addition, he also told Amanda that they were going to a wine tasting before hand so that she wasn’t suspicious. The couple arrived, where Amanda was met with a beautiful Kangaroo Valley proposal set up where they were overlooking the lake. The candles were lit and the white petals guided them toward the “Will you marry me?” sign. The song ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran played as they walked down the aisle. At the end of the aisle, Nathan said a sentimental speech and got down on one knee! Of course, Amanda said yes! Shortly after, the couple celebrated with a professional proposal photographer to capture their special moment.
