“With two female business owners leading my proposal co., flexible parental leave is an issue quite important to us. We will struggle to have one owner out of the business for 18 weeks in one block, it would be great to see 18 weeks’ leave staggered over a 12 month period to allow us to juggle both the continuing success of our business as well as being a full-time mother”
