How They Met:
The couple’s journey began almost a decade ago, when Beejay and Tashana first met at her 18th birthday party at a nightclub. It was a chance encounter, but one that left a lasting impression. Tashana overheard Beejay talking to a mutual friend and found herself captivated by him. She couldn’t resist keeping an eye on him all night. Eventually, she turned to her friend and boldly declared, “I have to have him.” Her friend, confident in her, replied, “And I know you’ll get him.” True to her word, Tashana made sure to capture his attention, and the rest was history. Now, nearly ten years later, their love continues to flourish!
How They Proposed:
Beejay entered the My Proposal Co. Valentine’s Day Proposal Giveaway for 2025 and was our lucky winner! Being based in Melbourne Beejay had to whisk Tashana away to Sydney for the weekend. He told her to dress up for a special evening and hinted they would go out for drinks before dinner. However, he had something much more meaningful planned. A car arrived to pick them up from their hotel, transporting them to the breathtaking Curzon Hall. It was there that Beejay got down on one knee and asked Tashana to be his forever. The proposal was everything Tashana had ever dreamed of—elegant, intimate, and filled with love. She describes it as pure perfection, a moment she will cherish forever.
