The proposal:
Kenneth surprised Arabella with a stunning Harbour picnic proposal featuring incredible views of the Sydney harbour bridge. The setting included a waterfront picnic featuring a variety of pink and white florals. Kenneth reached out to My Proposal Co. to be his proposal planners to achieve an unforgettable proposal for Arabella. A professional photographer was engaged on site in order to capture their most memorable moments both during and after the proposal.
How They Met:
Kenneth and Arabella first met playing basketball! Through the universe (or maybe Arabella) on their side, there just so happened to be a spot available within Arabella’s basketball team. By reaching out to Kenneth’s best friend she was able to convince Kenneth to join. Following a few months of being strictly team-mates this gorgeous couple finally began dating following a catch up with friends in Milsons Point. It’s so special that this is now also the place they had their stunning harbour picnic proposal (This is one of our favourite Sydney Proposal locations).
How They Proposed:
In order to plan the perfect proposal for Arabella, Kenneth enlisted the help of Arabella’s mum. Together they came up with a plan on how to get Arabella into the city unsuspectingly. Thus, Arabella’s Mum told her that they were catching the new metro into the city to go to Luna Park. Once Arabella and her mum arrived, they took a stroll around Kirribilli in order to see the local Jacaranda trees. Throughout their stroll Arabella couldn’t help but reminisce on the first night her and Kenneth properly began talking. As they continued walking towards the harbour Arabella found out all her dreams were about to come true. Waiting for her was her closest family, friends, a photographer and of course Kenneth. She immediately burst into tears seeing her gorgeous Harbour picnic proposal, in the place where their story started! Kenneth got down on one knee and asked Arabella ‘Will you Marry Me?’.
