The Proposal:
Steven surprised Mary with a stunning Balmoral picnic proposal setting at Edwards Beach. The setting was decorated with gorgeous pink and red flower arrangements, pillows, cushions and a carpet for them to sit on, drinks, and candles. Steven engaged My Proposal Co. as his proposal planners in order to make sure their proposal was unforgettable. How They Met:
Steven and Mary first met in year 11, back in 2013. He was new to the school and Mary remembered she found him cute. Steven was close friends with one of Mary’s friends. Soon after, they found out they had a mutual crush on each other! One day, Mary’s friend secretly told him she liked him, and it turned out he liked her too. Because of that, they ended up talking for a little bit until Steven asked Mary if she wanted to go on a date to the movies. Mary agreed, and therefore, she knew Steven was the best fit for her.
How They Proposed:
Mary’s sister asked her if she wanted to go have high tea with her. Mary agreed as they rarely got sister time. They got to Edwards Beach Balmoral, and walked around before she saw the set up in the corner of her eye. Mary didn’t think much of it until Steven came around the corner and grabbed her hand asking, “Hey babe, are you surprised?”. She remembers asking herself what he was doing there.
Her sister grabbed her bag, and Steven started leading them towards the proposal setting. Mary instantly freaked out and was telling Steven “there’s no way this is for me”. He told her it was all for her. Steven told Mary that she was the best thing that has ever happened to him and that he will love her forever. He grabbed her hand accordingly and got down on one knee, asking her to marry him. She said “YES!”. They celebrated by taking photos with a professional photographer, and enjoyed a grazing box in the beautiful Balmoral picnic proposal setting.
